8 pounds down in 7 days is huge for me. Pretty easy so far... probably because I'm so focused on work (and not eating) that it's simply a matter of putting the right things in my mouth and getting to the gym when my "timer" goes off. I've been... CONTINUED BELOW 🔽

8 pounds down in 7 days is huge for me.

Pretty easy so far... probably because I'm so focused on work (and not eating) that it's simply a matter of putting the right things in my mouth and getting to the gym when my "timer" goes off.

I've been following my Macro Ratios to a tee and putting the work in when it comes to the training... the rest (body transformation) takes care of itself from there.

My biggest challenge will be to NOT get over-confident and to NOT Stop "scooping" my meals... Yes, I measure my food in that much detail.

Keeping those Calories and Macro Ratios accurate along with sweating it out twice a day should get it done.
