It's April 11th, 2018 and I'm gonna do this thing.
I'm just sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.
20 years ago I was a Personal Trainer, then got into the Computer Industry... and have been sitting at my desk since, packing on the pounds.
Today... to my surprise, I came in at 276 pounds... for me, that's 70 pounds overweight.
This is not me.
I let myself go.
